Our all male club currently has over 20 active members and we are always interested in talking to people who wish to join us.

Membership is by invitation only. If you know someone who is currently a Lion then please ask them for more information. If you do not know one then please phone our Membership Director who is currently Mike Peak (01636-812399).

The usual procedure for prospective members is that firstly they should attend several of our meetings (see Club Info page) where they can get a feel for the workings of the club and for some of the things that we do. There are also opportunities for them to get involved in some of our functions.

Whilst the Lions motto is 'We Serve' our club intends to have fun whilst doing so. Staid, formal meetings are not our style - although we do adhere to an agenda.

The committment that we ask of our members is mostly in terms of time, as apart from the twice-a-month meetings, we run functions to help raise money and these are normally in the evenings or at weekends.
